Dental insurance can be incredibly confusing and it's normal if you feel unsure about your coverage. Our team will verify your insurance AND file your claim for you!
*Please Note: Because there are so many insurance options available and a wide variety of factors can affect your coverage, we strongly recommend that you contact your insurance carrier prior to your visit.

In network with our office - Pay the patient portion for your treatment. The balance will be collected by our office after filing a claim. All quotes are estimates based on what we expect your insurance to cover.
Out-of-Network with out office - Pay upfront in full for your treatment. We will provide a claim form and receipt for you to file your claim for reimbursement.
